L’envol d’une voix : Entre héritage, épreuve et virtuosité.
En septembre 2006, alors âgée de 25 ans et élève d’art dramatique au conservatoire de Ciney, Roxane Fréché se lance le défi d’atteindre son plus haut niveau de maîtrise vocale avec pour unique motivation : rendre hommage à sa grand-mère maternelle, professeure de musique et figure de l’Opéra de Wallonie qui lui transmit tout au long de sa vie sa passion et son amour pour la scène.
Sous l’égide de Françoise Viatour, parallèlement professeure de chant à l’IMEP de Namur, elle obtiendra le prix d’excellence après seulement six mois de travail, nous révélant au passage l'étendue de ses multiples talents d’autodidacte en ajoutant en bonus à son premier programme d’examen l’une de ses compositions folk personnelles, guitare-voix : « Les pieds sur terre ».
Alors que son ascension semble toute tracée, un grave accident de travail la réduit au silence, lui laissant des séquelles et brûlures irréversibles au niveau des sinus et des bronches. Après des mois de doutes et de convalescence, habitée par une ténacité hors du commun, Roxane retrouve le chemin de sa formation, accompagnée avec bienveillance par l’incroyable mezzo-soprano, professeure de méthodologie et membre de l’Opéra de Liège, Marie-Catherine Baclin. Ensemble, elles parviendront main dans la main à récupérer la totalité de son amplitude lyrique, dépassant même leurs espérances avec des airs aussi complexes et techniques que « Di tanti palpiti » et « Quando men vo » tirés des célèbres œuvres de Rossini et Puccini.
Aujourd’hui, fidèle à sa personnalité, Roxane transforme la souffrance quotidienne de ses cicatrices internes en une force pure, tranquille et puissante, prouvant que chaque note chantée est un véritable miracle de résilience et de volonté.

The Voice Takes Flight: A Journey of Heritage, Adversity, and Virtuosity.
In September 2006, at the age of 25 and then a drama student at the Ciney Conservatory, Roxane Fréché set herself the challenge of reaching the pinnacle of vocal mastery. Her sole motivation was to pay tribute to her maternal grandmother a music teacher and a prominent figure at the Opéra de Wallonie who had spent a lifetime passing down her passion and love for the stage.
Under the guidance of Françoise Viatour, a professor at the IMEP in Namur, Roxane achieved the Excellence Price after only six months of study. In doing so, she revealed the depth of her self-taught talents by adding a personal folk composition, guitar and voice, "Les pieds sur terre," as a bonus to her first examination program.
Just as her ascent seemed inevitable, a serious workplace accident silenced her, leaving irreversible damage and burns to her sinuses and bronchial tubes. Following months of doubt and recovery, fueled by extraordinary tenacity, Roxane returned to her training. She was supported with kindness by the incredible mezzo-soprano Marie-Catherine Baclin, a professor of methodology and member of the Opéra de Liège. Together, hand in hand, they succeeded in reclaiming her full lyrical range even exceeding their expectations with technical and complex arias such as "Di tanti palpiti" and "Quando men vo" from the celebrated works of Rossini and Puccini.
Today, true to her character, Roxane transforms the daily suffering of her internal scars into a pure, calm, and powerful force, proving that every note she sings is a true miracle of resilience and will.
